Narcan Training

Our Narcan Training program equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to respond to opioid overdoses. Participants will learn how to recognize signs of overdose, properly administer naloxone (Narcan), and understand the importance of timely intervention. Training is open to the public and promotes confident, compassionate response in crisis situations.

What Will You Learn?

Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, safely administer Narcan through nasal spray or injection, and take action while waiting for emergency responders. The training also includes education on Good Samaritan protections, empowering attendees to respond with confidence.
